After a successful career in the high tech sector of the oil industry, he decided to pursue his passion for real estate. Currently, he is a successful business owner, investor, acclaimed real estate professional and animated public speaker. In addition to owning The Mitchell Team at Keller Williams, Kato also owns Mitchell Acquisitions, Inc.
His other entrepreneurial experiences include Stressless Transitions Inc. Property Management, a company Kato created in 1995, which quickly became one of Denver's premiere Property Management companies before being sold in 2004. This broad foundation in the real estate industry gives him a depth knowledge that few in his field have.
